By accessing or using the Crypto Lotto (CLT) platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

• 🎲 Chainlink VRF: Provably fair random number generation for all draws
• 🔗 Referral Program: Earn commissions by referring new users

3. ✅ Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in blockchain lottery is prohibited
• Have a compatible Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare)

4. 💰 Payments and Transactions

4.1 Ticket Purchases

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Ticket prices are displayed in USDT equivalent or CLT tokens
• Solana network gas fees apply to all transactions

4.2 Prize Distribution

• Prizes are distributed automatically via smart contract
• Winners receive prizes in USDT or CLT depending on the tier
• All prize distributions are recorded on the Solana blockchain

4.3 Floating Savings Tier

• 30% of ticket value is locked for 6 months
• 100% of locked savings is returned upon maturity
• Early withdrawal is not permitted

5. 🎲 Lottery Rules

• Each lottery round has a dynamic threshold or time-based trigger
• Winners are selected using Chainlink VRF for provably fair randomness
• Draw results are immutable and recorded on-chain
• Prize pool distribution follows the published allocation model

6. 🔗 Referral Program

• Users can earn commissions by referring new participants
• Commission rates vary by tier (3% to 30%)
• Referral commissions are paid in real-time upon qualifying purchases
• Self-referral and fraudulent referral schemes are prohibited

7. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate lottery outcomes or exploit smart contract vulnerabilities
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or bonus systems
• Use bots or automated systems without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

8. ⚠️ Risk Disclaimer

• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may fluctuate significantly
• Smart contracts, while audited, may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Past lottery results do not guarantee future outcomes
• Network congestion may affect transaction processing

9. 📋 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for tickets in the relevant round
• We are not responsible for losses due to user error, wallet security breaches, or third-party services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to decentralized autonomous organizations and smart contracts. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with standard cryptocurrency industry practices.
